Great website links I found on Twitter

Monday, March 30th, 2009

After much peer pressure, I signed up on Twitter a week ago today, and I have to admit, I’m loving it.  I thought it was only going to be a time sucker and I was skeptical about how much value it would add.  But I’ve found new readers, fellow authors, info from agents/editors, and an amazing wealth of websites with some awesome information.

Here’s some of the terrific links I found today:

Useful Google Tools You’ve Never Heard Of

10 Popular Myths About eBooks

How to Sleep & Daydream Your Way to Success

110 + Resources for Creative Minds

Why Twitter Matters to Online Publishers

Enjoy! :)

Myself as a Superhero

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

Today is my 6 year wedding anniversary and I just got back from a nice lunch with hubby to celebrate.  Now I’m playing on the computer and generally catching up on Twitter (I’m at @TinaGerow if you want to Tweet!), Facebook, MySpace and all my other technology networking sites :)

Angela James posted a link to a site where you can make yourself a Superhero, so of course, I couldn’t resist trying it out.  Check out the site, and here’s me as a superhero below.  What do you think? :)
